Maintenance Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

LPP Finland Oy develops and manages the international fashion brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay in Finland.

Today, we have 9 stores in Finland and end of this year we will have 20 stores all over Finland. The parent company LPP SA operates in more than 20 countries around the world, with more than 1,750 stores and employing more than 25,000 people in Europe, Asia and Africa.

We are looking for a maintenance specialist for our team in Finland

With us:
• you contribute to the daily maintenance support of LPP stores
• you take part in and manage all construction, maintenance and repair work of our company
• you participate in technical handovers
• you solve issues related to the daily management of our stores: premises, inventory, equipment condition, repair planning if necessary, procurement of equipment and services
• you plan and control administrative costs
• keep your work documentation and reports in order

We expect in addition to a positive can do it attitude:
• technical education
• previous work experience in a similar profession
• knowledge of technical systems - HVAC, CCTV, electrical and low voltage systems
• existence of a category B driving license
• readiness for business trips
• excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
• knowledge of sustainable management
• useful knowledge of safety and fire regulations and accuracy and correctness in document management
